As the Associate Manager of HRIS, you will be a key member of the Global HRIS team, overseeing HR technology platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, and Kronos, supporting over 60 countries. You will report to the HRIS Manager and play a vital role in leading and executing various projects, providing support, and configuring systems with a focus on Workday Recruitment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Work closely with HR process owners and stakeholders to gather business requirements, define objectives, and implement appropriate solutions.
– Configure HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos), including building components, integrating software, developing interfaces, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining technical documentation.
– Identify opportunities for improvements in business processes through the application of new technology or better utilization of existing tools.
– Lead multi-disciplinary HR projects, including process reengineering, by effectively managing staff and resolving challenges to meet project goals.
– Manage outsourced providers and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality standards, and client expectations.
– Stay updated on industry trends, new product features, and best practices, recommending enhancements that align with organizational needs.
**Required Experience:**
– A Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant business experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
– Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
**Preferred Experience and Skills:**
– Over 5 years of experience with Workday, including requirements gathering, technical configurations, project implementation, and system support.
– Experience with ServiceNow for HR Case Management.
– Expertise in Workday Recruitment, including training others, problem-solving, defect resolution with vendors, and designing improvements.
– PMP certification or at least 2 years of project management experience.
– Knowledge of security and audit controls.
– Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion, adhering to relevant regulations.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
– Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
– Self-motivated team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Requirements:**
– Willingness to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
– Remote work available one day per week for eligible employees.
– 10% to 20% of work time may be required outside of local time zones to collaborate with EMEA and Asia teams.
– Relocation assistance is available for this role.
