**Role Overview: Grow Your Career**

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in areas such as Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resources within a high-traffic location. Responsibilities include:
– Developing innovative strategies to boost store sales
– Recruiting, training, and guiding a team of Associates
– Managing and enforcing loss prevention and operational programs
– Ensuring every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience
– Overseeing day-to-day activities on the sales floor, in the backroom, and across front-end and cash office functions

**What We’re Looking For**

– Minimum of two years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills
– Proven success in managing, developing, and inspiring a team
– Experience managing store volume of $5 million or higher

**Compensation**

This role is eligible for bonuses and overtime, with a starting pay rate of $23.25 to $29.70 per hour, approximately $57,947.37 to $74,023.09 annually. Actual starting pay is based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
