As a key support to the owner, this role involves diverse responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

  • Proposal and Presentation Preparation: Develop professional and visually appealing proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Process Creation: Establish internal systems and processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Marketing Support: Contribute to branding and marketing initiatives, including creating brand awareness, implementing innovative strategies, managing and redesigning the company website, developing marketing content, expanding marketing channels, and executing campaigns.
  • Website Management: Oversee website updates and ensure its maintenance.
  • Bookkeeping Assistance: Provide support with QuickBooks.
  • HR and Recruitment Support: Assist with tasks related to human resources and recruitment.
  • Administrative Support: Offer general administrative and personal assistance as needed.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Education beyond high school is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree or advanced marketing certifications are advantageous.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or related role.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with attention to detail in grammar, tone, and aesthetics.
  • Analytical, creative-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and accountability.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Passion for developing processes and systems.
  • Interest in research, learning, and marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe and InDesign is preferred; knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and strategies is highly desirable.

Additional Information

  • Location: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings.
  • Required Tools: Stable internet connection, a functioning computer with a webcam, and a cell phone.
  • Work Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday, with an ideal schedule spanning three days per week.
    • Approximately 4 hours per working day.
    • Weekly hours averaging 10–16 hours.
