【仕事内容】
管轄する地域の開拓戦略からチームメンバーの管理・育成、社内の様々なチームとの連携など管轄する地域の加盟店拡大に関わる業務全般を担っていただきます。チームメンバーと一緒に営業リストの精査やアプローチの優先順位、提案内容などの営業戦略策定を行ったり、法人や店舗への営業同行などを行います。また上長と一緒にエリア戦略の策定や現状報告から課題改善策の立案など多岐にわたる業務を担っていただきます。

資格
【業務内容】
- 青森・盛岡エリアの営業戦略の計画の立案、実行、数値管理
- チームメンバーの育成
- 中小企業、その他ステークホルダーとの関係を構築
- クライアント及び社内のマーケティングチーム、PRチーム、サポートチーム、オペレーションチームなど、社内外のステークホルダーとの関係構築
- 自チームメンバーの採用業務
【求められるスキル】
- 法人営業経験
- 3年以上の営業組織マネジメントの経験
- マネージメント人数5人以上(直レポ)
- 一人で戦略立案から推進まで対応できる経験とスキル
- 顧客相手との優れたコミュニケーションスキルと交渉能力

You will be responsible for all tasks related to expanding franchise stores in the area under your jurisdiction, including development strategies in the area under your jurisdiction, management and training of team members, and collaboration with various teams within the company. Together with team members, you will scrutinize the sales list, formulate sales strategies such as approach priorities and proposal content, and accompany sales to corporations and stores. In addition, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks together with your superiors, including formulating area strategies, reporting the current situation, and formulating measures to improve issues.
